Product Description
Company ProfileThe origin of CPM can be traced back to California's Napa Valley, where, in 1883, the Toulouse & Delorieux Co. Manufactured presses, crushers and stemmers for winemakers. In 1931, the company created the first pellet mill, the 30 HP Flat Bed with stationary flat die, and we became California Pellet Mill (CPM).In the years that followed, we created more pellet mill models with additional features. In the 1980s, we greatly expanded our product offerings through the creation of Roskamp Champion with the acquisition of the Roskamp Roller Mill Company and Champion Hammermills.Wolverine Proctor, part of the CPM Group in the United States, founded in 1812, the company has a history of more than 200 years, starting from the production of textile machinery, after more than two centuries of industry accumulation, now has been the leader in the field of drying. Our dryers are sold to more than 100 countries around the world, and more than 10, 000 drying equipment are in operation around the world, and continue to serve food, chemical, textile chemical fiber, tobacco and other fields. We have global team and can provide excellent drying solutions and services for our customers.Wolverine Proctor products first entered China in 1912 and have accompanied the development and growth of various industries in China for more than 100 years.Wolverine Proctor's headquarters and production center are located in Lexington, North Carolina, USA, as well as the North American Business and Experiment Center in Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA, the European Business and Experiment Center in Glasgow, Scotland, and the Asia Pacific Business and Experiment Center in Wuxi, China.Wolverine Proctor has the customized design technology reserves accumulated by the century, extremely rich industry technology accumulation, its huge application and design and service team with the common development of food, chemical, textile chemical fiber and tobacco fields in different regions of the world, and provides customized large-scale drying, baking and cooling equipment solutions for global customers.

| JETZONE FLUIDIZED BED Jetzone technology, invented by CPM Wolverine Proctor, is combined with our state-of-the-art design to bring you the highest-performing, highest-quality fluidized-bed-processing equipment in the world. The long Jetzones project an undispersed column of air into the product bed, resulting in optimum fluidization and the highest heat transfer possible. High-velocity air passes through the long tubes to create a bed of air, which suspends and tumbles the product as the air reflects from a solid, nonperforated conveyor. The open space between the tubes forms a chamber to settle out smaller pieces and returns process air for recirculation without affecting the fluidizing air jets. During fluidization, each particle is surrounded and separated from adjacent particles by the treatment air. FEATURES & BENEFITS High Capacity: Jetzone Fluidized Bed Dryers process the highest volume of product per square foot of any system available. Compared to conventional methods, production can be increased by up to 90% using your existing space.Uniformity: The treatment air surrounds each particle uniformly, allowing the product bed to dry very quickly and at the same rate, ensuring moisture, texture, and color uniformity.Maximum Product Yield: The gentle product-handling characteristics of the Jetzone fluidization technique avoid product breakage and abrasion, thereby minimizing waste and maximizing the yield.Versatility: Jetzone is highly versatile and can be easily reset to process a wide variety of products.Sanitation: Jetzone dryers utilize a solid nonperforated conveyor, which eliminates fines sifting, plugging, or carryover problems. The design meets high sanitation standards, reduces hygiene problems, and minimizes downtime.Reliability: Jetzone equipment features rugged, unit-welded, industrial-grade construction for a longer useful life. The systems are fully assembled and factory tested prior to shipment.Maintainability: Simple, regular maintenance procedures provide years of continuous service, and with minimal downtime, plant personnel can perform maintenance.Support: All equipment is supported with a full line of available spare parts and access to our global service organization. |
JETZONE FLUIDIZED BED COOLER Jet-Tube technology, invented by CPM Wolverine Proctor, is combined with our state-of-the-art design to bring you the highest-performing, highest-quality fluidized-bed-processing equipment in the world. Jet-Tube Fluidization is the fastest, most uniform, and most efficient method of cooling the majority of particulate free-flowing products and is ideal for dense, difficult-to-cool products.
