Product introduction

The asphalt screen is also called the asphalt vibrating conveyor. The asphalt vibrating conveyor is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, feed, metallurgy, building materials, grain, food and other industries for grading and dehydration of various materials to varying degrees. The machine supports the drainage screen basket on the four rubber springs of the frame, and uses two opposite rotating vibration motors to generate vibration. The frame is composed of steel pipe and channel steel by welding. The rubber spring has good damping effect, low noise and long service life. It can be used in pipeline operation to realize automation. The whole machine is beautiful and easy to use and maintain.Installation and commissioning

Install the upper bottom bracket, support spring and box in order. The static stiffness of rubber spring has been tested before leaving the factory, and the spring with the same (or similar) stiffness should be selected for different supporting parts of the same vibrating conveyor. During installation, place the rubber spring on the lower support seat, make the boss on the support seat enter the inner hole of the spring, and then lift the box, so that the inner hole of the rubber spring is aligned with the boss of the support plate, vertically drop the box and place it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber spring at each support point should be consistent, and the error should not be greater than 2mm.
The connection of all parts of the vibration conveyor must be firm and reliable, all bolts must not be loose, all parts must not have any abnormal sound, and the small gap between the vibration part on the vibration conveyor and the surrounding fixtures is 30-50mm.

Maintenance and operation

Before starting the vibrating conveyor, check whether there are obstacles hindering the operation of the screen machine around and whether the connecting bolts are fastened, especially the fixing bolts of the vibrating motor, support seat and screen plate should be tightened again. Check whether the rotation directions of two vibration motors are opposite. If the rotation directions are the same, change the power wiring of one motor to make the rotation directions of two motors opposite. After 4 hours of continuous operation, measure the bearing temperature, which shall not exceed 75 ºC. Before stopping the vibrating conveyor, the feeding shall be stopped first, and the screen surface shall be stopped after the materials have gone. After parking, the materials and sundries on the screen surface shall be cleaned in time. The vibration motor shall be filled with special oil every 2 months.
