Does Your Android Phone Vibrate for No Reason? Here's What Causes It

Some problematic apps can still trigger vibrations even with your app notifications turned off, making it hard to pinpoint the culprit.

Identify the apps you installed recently and disable all notifications in their notification settings to solve this. Go to Settings > Notifications > See All Apps, select any app you suspect might be causing the random vibration, and toggle off all notification categories.

You can also clear their cache and data or restart your Android device if the vibrations are due to background apps running unchecked.

You might have accidentally turned on your phone's haptic feedback, causing any random touch on your screen or keypad to go all abuzz.
